Design & Build Recruitment – Melbourne VIC

Senior Contract Administrator | Landmark Build to Rent Development | Melbourne

Ready to step into a role where you'll have genuine influence on one of Melbourne's most significant residential developments?

We're partnering with one of Victoria's most respected commercial builders to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for a landmark Build to Rent project. This is an opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering architecturally outstanding projects, fostering an exceptional team culture and developing some of the industry's best talent.

Their reputation has been built on quality over quantity. They continue to secure repeat work from clients who expect exceptional outcomes, delivered by people who genuinely care about what they build. The culture is energetic, inclusive and collaborative, with leaders who challenge, mentor and support their teams to continually raise the bar.

With project values increasing, a strong pipeline of secured work and new opportunities emerging through the Victorian Government's Activity Centre Programme, this is an exciting time to join a business entering its next phase of growth.

You'll initially take a lead commercial role on a major Build to Rent development, managing the commercial delivery while mentoring Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators across the project. On completion, you'll transition into one of the company's signature architecturally designed apartment developments, ensuring long term exposure to the premium projects that have built the business's outstanding reputation.

This is a role for someone who enjoys leadership just as much as commercial delivery. You'll be expected to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders while developing the next generation of commercial professionals within the business.

What's on offer?

• Lead the commercial delivery of a landmark Build to Rent project
• Progress onto architecturally designed apartment developments upon project completion

• Work within a supportive, high performing and genuinely collaborative culture
