Competitive pay rates based on experience + superannuation Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

Supervise and manage Dynamic Pool Designs construction team and contractors. Project Scheduling:

Schedule contract works with contractors and customers. Customer Interaction:

Maintain ongoing customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Contract Oversight:

Ensure contract requirements and inclusions are executed to a high standard Documentation:

Keep accurate records of variations/changes and update the Dynamic administration and CRM systems. Photo Documentation:

Maintain consistent photo logs at all project stages, ensuring appropriate forms are completed and filed correctly Progress Updates:

Communicate consistently with office admin staff on project progress. Trade Negotiation:

Negotiate with trades on pricing and expectations onsite. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, suppliers, and customers. Issue Resolution:

Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Required Skills and Qualifications
