Forklift Operator

At Rocky Point, we're looking for experienced Full-Time Forklift Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting our Warehouse and Logistics operations, where you'll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently across site. Key Responsibilities Include

• Safely load and secure bulk products for transport.
• Move finished goods pallets efficiently within the site.
• Complete daily forklift pre-start checks and associated paperwork
• Follow WHS protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support team to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
• Keep work area clean and organised to ensure smooth operations.
• All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.

About you

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred
• Current Forklift License (essential)
• Previous truck loading and unloading experience
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong awareness and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work autonomously
• Comfortable performing manual handling tasks
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
