We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead with a passion for paediatric and adolescent occupational therapy to make their mark at our Burleigh Heads practice.

What you will do in the role:
Oversee the assessment and varied therapy caseload
Provide supervision and support to clinical staff
Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients
Manage the provision of outreach initiatives
Drive and build a thriving culture which has the wellbeing of our people at the heart of all decisions
Support with the roll-out of new processes and procedures to improve service delivery and business performance
Work with the Practice Manager to oversee and manage the site
Hold a Bachelor / Master of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Are registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
Have demonstrated leadership skills and experience
Love to play!
Hold a current Working with Children and NDIS Worker & Disability Clearance (yellow card & blue card)
It’s a bonus if you’re certified in Ayres Sensory Integration Therapy – but don’t worry, we can help you!
