The Client :

The Roles:
Enhance the investment performance of commercial property assets through strategic initiatives.
Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and operational staff to ensure effective management and service delivery.
Collaborate actively with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and facilitate development initiatives.
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of presentation and maintenance.
Oversee the execution of all lease and contractual documentation.
Offer recommendations to property owners regarding rent reviews and lease renewals.
Coordinate lease administration activities and communicate with tenants as needed.
Manage the control and collection of financial obligations, including rentals, outgoings, and recoverable costs.
Perform thorough reconciliation of outgoings to ensure accuracy.
Provide guidance and support to the Assistant Property Manager through mentoring and management.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a diverse portfolio of assets. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience as a Property Manager is a must.
Thorough knowledge of the Leases Act.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Either an Agents Representative certificate or a full Real Estate license.
Exceptional service management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in IT with a keen eye for detail.
