You have
Prior experience in a similar role, highly customer-focused and fast-paced commercial retail environment.
Experience leading, coaching and developing teams to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
A proven ability to drive sales, manage priorities, and maintain operational excellence in a busy retail environment.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
