Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated HSEQ Compliance Officer to join their New South Wales HSEQ team. Reporting to the HSEQ Compliance Manager, you will play a major role in ensuring successful operations of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform HSEQ audits and inspections
Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ compliance programs
Identify, create and implement directions promoting a zero harm culture
Report on safety compliance in accordance with regulatory and industry requirements
Maintain and update safety and compliance documentation
Assist in accident and incident investigations
Requirements:
Certificate IV qualification in Occupational Workplace Health & Safety
Experience in safety and compliance management
Regulatory and industry standards experience
Experience in Renewable Energy, Power or Construction highly regarded
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong teamwork communication and relationship building skills
