As our Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and stimulating atmosphere where children can explore, discover, and develop to their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the centre.
Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, families, children and community services.
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, National Regulations/law
Sound knowledge of CCS and Xplor.
Lead, mentor and motivate a positive team of educators in providing the highest quality service.
Maintain centre budgets, daily operational and administrational requirements.
You will be supported by the Management Team and the Educational Leader.
To apply for this position, you will require the following:
Previous experience as a Centre Manager
Either a Bachelor of Early Childhood, Advanced Diploma or a Diploma of Children's Services
Current WWCC and police check
First Aid, including asthma and anaphylaxis Management.
