Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar executive leadership role, overseeing technology strategy, development, and innovation.
Strong understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects and initiatives.
Experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing business and technology landscapes.
