About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day ro day running of the ALPA store. This full time position is based in a remote community in the NT
Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations of the Retail store and takeaway shop
Develop, train and mentor local staff
Manage and forecast sale growth of the store
Liaising with key community stakeholders regarding the store
Liaise with the internal stakeholders for healthy food choices in the takeaway shop

Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations of the Retail store and takeaway shop

Stock management – replenish, stocktake, order
Administration duties – rostering, emails, reconciliations
Liaising with key community stakeholders regarding the store
Liaise with the internal stakeholders for healthy food choices in the takeaway shop
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in Retail Management and/or Hospitality Management
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in forecasting, analysis and staff rostering
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literate
Stock inventory control and management
