About the role Join our dynamic team at Sentral as a Sales Executive! Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing new sales and maximizing upselling opportunities within our established territories. Working closely with a collaborative and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

Proactively generating new business within your assigned territory;

Expanding revenue streams from existing clients through strategic upselling initiatives;

Collaborating with head office to support and execute marketing campaigns;

Representing Sentral at conferences and networking events to foster industry connections;

Monitoring and providing valuable insights on emerging trends and needs within schools;

Identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective strategies for resolution.

You will also bring:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, relationship management, or a related field;

Previous experience as a teacher or within the education industry is advantageous;

Exceptional time management abilities and a keen eye for detail;

The capacity to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment;

Demonstrated empathy and a sincere commitment to enhancing business practices for our clientele;

A strong drive, ambition, and motivation to achieve success;

Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiencies.
