Admin and Customer Support

AusPac Solar is looking for an organised, energetic and customer-focused Administration & Customer Support team member to join our Eagle Farm office. You'll be speaking with customers, coordinating appointments, supporting our sales and operations teams and making sure the details don't get missed. This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing all day.

Key responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customer enquiries
• Booking and coordinating schedules, travel arrangements
• Supporting our operations and installation teams
• Managing emails, customer information and documentation
• Preparing and lodging connection applications, job related documentation
• Helping keep jobs moving to completion
• Providing general administrative support across the business

About you

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using computers and learning new software
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• A positive attitude and willingness to help the team
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Previous administration or customer service experience is essential
• Experience in project management, solar, electrical, construction or a trade services business would be an advantage
