Financial Controller | Manufacturing | Northern Suburbs The Role

The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
CA/CPA qualified.
Extensive experience as a hands-on CFO / FC / Head of Finance in a small to medium sized businesses (preferably ASX listed).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Proven track record in leading teams, driving change and process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate key business insights.
