Contribute to security and compliance activities across client environments
Act as a senior technical escalation point if required
Experience required:
Proven experience in a Managed Service provider, supporting, designing and developing hybrid and cloud environments
Experienced in implementing solutions and initiatives in Azure (IaaS and PaaS)
Able to articulate and position solutions appropriately to clients
Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep) and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Comfortable working to KPIs and billing time against project work
