is seeking an experienced

Quality Engineer

experienced in Civil Construction.

Base Salary + Super + Vehicle + KPI Bonus + (Allowances/ Uplifts if working away)

SEQ based role, however ideal candidate willing to travel as required for project locations - DIDO/ FIFO.

Experienced working on Bridge, Earthworks, Roads, Pipelines, Renewable projects.

About the Role You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Implement and maintain project Quality Management Plans (QMPs).

Coordinate inspections, testing, and verification activities.

Prepare and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.

Maintain quality records, registers, and document control systems.

Coordinate quality audits and manage corrective actions.

Review subcontractor quality documentation and monitor compliance.

Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions.

Support project teams with quality-related training and guidance.

Assist with project handover and completion documentation.

About You

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Previous experience in a Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance role within civil construction.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements.

Experience delivering infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, earthworks, renewable energy, water, mining, or utilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience managing inspections, testing, and quality documentation.

The ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
