Technology & AI Trainer

Job Description

Technology & AI Trainer We are seeking a service‑focused and motivated Technology & AI Trainer to join our Sydney office on a full‑time or part‑time basis. This role sits within the corporate services function and plays a key part in supporting staff across the organisation in adopting technology and AI tools effectively.

Role Overview You will deliver hands‑on training across a range of technology platforms, including in‑house AI tools, Microsoft Office applications, document management systems and workflow tools. The role combines training delivery, user support, content creation and continuous improvement of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor‑led training

to individuals and groups through workshops, webinars, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and video conferencing.

Provide practical training on internal AI tools , helping staff integrate AI into daily workflows and decision‑making.

Offer ongoing user support , troubleshooting issues and acting as a liaison between end users and technical teams.

Develop training materials , quick‑reference guides, documentation and resources tailored to varying skill levels.

Train users across core technology platforms , including Microsoft Office (advanced formatting, styles, templates), document management systems and workflow tools.

Implement and train new processes and systems

as they are introduced.

Collect and document feedback , queries and solutions to support continuous improvement and FAQ development.

Provide timely resolution , triage issues and elevate technical problems where required.

Track training participation

and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Experience delivering technology training to users at different proficiency levels.

Strong knowledge of

AI tools , learning management systems, document automation tools and legal research platforms.

Ability to train users in

Microsoft Office , including advanced functions, formatting, cross‑referencing, styles and template creation.

Experience with document management or workflow systems (e.g., FileSite, Aderant or similar).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical users.

Ability to implement new systems and processes and support change management.

Service‑focused mindset with strong responsiveness and problem‑solving skills.

Experience in a

legal or professional services environment

is desirable, including familiarity with Australian professional obligations.
