We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Manager for our client's solar farm, which is a two-hour drive from Perth. As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities' efficient operation and maintenance while upholding the highest health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the operation and maintenance of facilities in line with company procedures, contracts, and regulations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Supervise site activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with contractors to maximize generation efficiency.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including local communities.
Requirements:
An associate degree in electrical or mechanical fields is preferred.
Five years of experience in supervisory roles within renewable energy plants.
Strong plant operations, legislation, equipment monitoring, and failure analysis knowledge.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Commitment to health and safety standards.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
This is a fully site-based role, and "on-call" activities are required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and technical systems.
Knowledge of PV and battery operation and maintenance
Failure analysis
