About the role Each day will be spent creating a home residents love, as you lead your team in delivering care second to none. Your role sees you:
Finding the best way forward for our residents and people.
Running a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety.
Keeping the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met.
Inspiring your team to perform and grow.
Building our ties with the community to everyone’s benefit.
You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management. You’ll also have:
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
Spent at least five years in a management role
A background in aged or medical care
Worked with a number of different systems
