The Hotel Manager will be responsible for demonstrating robust leadership and effectively managing all aspects of hotel operations and staff, with oversight from the Area Manager.

About the Role:
Are you ready to lead a vibrant team. This company is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee operations at a Regional Hotel operation . If you are ready to embark on a journey to lead, develop and mentor a strong team of professionals this role could be well suited to you. With hospitality operations spanning across, Accommodation, Bar, Bistro, Gaming and Retail (Bottle shops) this role will see a varied day to day role with a rewarding path for success.

Your Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG
Strong leadership, training, and motivational abilities with exceptional communication skills
Flexibility to work hospitality hours and manage various aspects of hotel operations
Proven experience in high-volume accommodation, food, bar, function, gaming, and retail environments (minimum 5 years full-time)
Proficiency in P & L analysis and budget management
