Customer Service Admin

We are seeking an experienced, detail focused Customer Service Administrator to join an established industrial operation in the Cleveland region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for ongoing work in a busy customer service environment. Previous experience in administration, data entry and ERP systems will be highly regarded.

The Role

• Providing day-to-day administrative and data entry support to the Customer Service team
• Processing and entering customer orders and information accurately
• Maintaining and updating customer, order and job records
• Managing emails and assisting with customer enquiries
• Preparing, updating and filing customer and order documentation
• Assisting with purchase orders, delivery information and other customer documentation
• Liaising with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries and customer requirements
• Completing high volume data entry accurately and within required timeframes
• Updating information across existing and new ERP systems
• Assisting with spreadsheets, reporting, filing and general administration
• Identifying and escalating discrepancies or customer issues to the appropriate team member

About You

• Previous administration or customer service experience
• Strong administration and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Experience using ERP or similar business systems
• Comfortable completing high volume data entry
• Strong organisational skills
• Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team
