# Disability Support WorkerWe are seeking Disability Support Workers in Loganlea to support our much valued clients*At HelpAlong, we support people to live with independence, dignity and choice.*We are looking for experienced and skilled Disability Support Workers to build strong relationships with participants and be part of stable teams in Loganlea, Park Ridge, Meadowbrook and surrounding areas.Ideally, we are looking to build a team for a male client in Loganlea, with staff requiring experience with epilepsy and autism, following behaviour support plans, and completing documentation as required.Additionally, we are looking to build a team for a female client in Park Ridge, and we are seeking staff experienced with intellectual disabilities, medication administration and following behaviour support plans.If you have a strong background in working with individuals with autism, epilepsy, mental health, and have a compassionate approach, we want to hear from you. Whether you are looking for AM, PM, weekends or sleepovers, we can work around your lifestyle.Your Role: As a Support Worker at HelpAlong, you will be providing essential support to participants living in SIL homes, supporting them to live independently while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. You will use your knowledge of mental health to assist participants in overcoming challenges, working collaboratively with their support network to deliver the best outcomes.Client Support Needs:* Daily living support, including medication administration* Behaviour reporting and support plan implementation* Domestic assistance with cooking, cleaning, and routinesAbout YouWe’re looking for people who bring a mix of experience, skills and understanding to the role.
