As an IT Support Officer, you'll be part of our Information Technology Team within the Technology and Information Department. The team plays a critical role in delivering reliable, secure and customer-focused technology services that support Council operations across the organisation.
In this hands-on role, you'll provide first and second level support across a range of technologies, systems and applications, helping staff stay connected, productive and supported.
You’ll also contribute to Council's ongoing digital transformation journey by assisting with the implementation and support of technology solutions that enable efficient and innovative service delivery to our community.
You are a proactive and approachable IT professional who enjoys solving problems, providing exceptional support and helping others get the most out of technology. You'll enjoy the variety this role offers, bringing a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
