About The Role We are hiring for a Marketing Lead for Gods Unchained and Metalcore! As a senior strategic partner, you'll collaborate closely with teams across product, creative, production, community, and channels to spearhead the exponential growth of Gods Unchained and the successful launch of Metalcore.

In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in one of the most established games in web3 (Gods Unchained) and drive the launch of a high-potential mech shooter (Metalcore)!

You’ll Be Empowered To Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain players for GU. This includes leveraging various channels such as social media, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising to increase game awareness and drive user growth

Engage with players on social media, forums, and in-game chat to build and maintain a strong, active community around the game

Organize events, tournaments, and other activities to foster a sense of community and loyalty among players

Utilize analytics and data to monitor user behaviour and game performance

Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing campaigns, improve user experience, and increase player retention and lifetime value

Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to educate and entertain the audience. This includes creating blog posts, videos, and social media content that highlight the game's features, updates, and unique aspects of the web3 trading card experience

Identify and establish partnerships with other web3 platforms, gaming communities, and industry influencers to expand the game's reach and attract new players

Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and cross-promotions to leverage each other's audiences

We'd Love You To Bring 6 years experience in Product Marketing or agency equivalent role in the gaming space

Experience with NFT/blockchain gaming

Extensive growth marketing experience

Strong track record of collaboration and working across cross-functional teams

Strong data and analytical skills to analyse the success of marketing campaigns (including advertising), develop competitor and consumer insights analysis
