Gluing Machine Operators

We are recruiting severalday & afternoon shift Gluing Machine Operators for a leading Australian packaging manufacturer based in Yatala.

Yatala is a fantastic location to work in as it is only a 25 to 30 minute straight freeway drive from either Brisbane or the Gold Coast!

These are specialist roles within a fast-paced carton converting operation, where quality, safety and precision are non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting folder gluer equipment to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Do

• Set up and complete make-ready on folder gluer machinery

• Run complex carton jobs to specification

• Complete product changeovers and machine adjustments

• Troubleshoot faults and minimise downtime

• Inspect product quality throughout each run

• Achieve production and waste targets

• Maintain safe work practices and follow site procedures at all times

• Work effectively as part of the shift team

What You Bring

Required:

• Proven folder gluer or gluing machine operating experience

• Setup and changeover experience on gluing equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

• Good mechanical aptitude

• A firm commitment to quality and workplace safety

• Background in packaging, carton converting, print, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments
