Java Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced

Custom Software Engineer

to design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions that support complex business requirements. You will work in a modern technology environment, leveraging

Java Spring, React, Microservices, and Cloud-native architectures

to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications.

As a senior team member, you will play a key role in driving technical decisions, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Build scalable and resilient applications using

Java Spring

and

Microservices Architecture .

Develop modern and responsive user interfaces with

React.js .

Take ownership of software components, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.

Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Analyze complex technical challenges and propose robust, scalable approaches.

Support and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.

Contribute to architectural and technical decisions that impact multiple teams and projects.

Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase team efficiency and software quality.

Required Skills

Strong experience with

Java Spring Framework .

Experience designing and implementing

Microservices Architectures .

Solid knowledge of

Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) .

Experience working with

MongoDB

and

MySQL .

Understanding of software design principles, application scalability, and system performance optimization.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to Have

Strong experience with

React.js .

Experience with cloud-based solutions and distributed systems.

Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.

Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams.
