WordPress Technical Support Engineer I

Job Description

WP Engine Australia is seeking a Technical Support L1 to join our global team. You will be the first touchpoint for customers, assisting with WordPress questions via live chat, phone, and tickets, and building strong technical knowledge of open source web technologies.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and product teams to resolve issues, deliver world-class service, and grow your skills through ongoing learning. This is a Wednesday-Sunday shift with opportunities for growth within WP Engine.
