We are seeking a talented and experienced National Head of Marketing to join our dynamic and successful team, located out of our head office in North Sydney. This role will be crucial in promoting our services to businesses and strengthening our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing and experience working with trade publications to effectively reach our target audience. We provide comprehensive and insightful traffic reports and data and provide our clients with opportunities to advertise during and around these reports. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering innovative solutions to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote ATN's traffic reports and services to businesses.
Identify target market segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to effectively reach key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support sales efforts, including presentations, brochures, and proposals.
Coordinate with trade publications and industry associations to increase ATN's visibility and thought leadership within the traffic reporting industry.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape.
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve ATN's marketing strategies.
Assist in the development of ATN’s new brand identity and support ATN’s brand refresh.
Qualifications & Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the advertising industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and industry partners.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
