Senior Full Stack Engineer

Full ownership : take over dexIQ's codebase from an external agency and make it yours.

Hands-on building : most of what ships will be your code.

Call the shots : merge good pull requests, push back with a reason when they're not, agentic tools included.

Real-world input : occasional sessions with our bookkeepers and accountants, so you have the domain context behind what you are building. We do the requirements work, you get the background.

End-to-end releases : staging to production, and you own it when something breaks.

Builder, not overseer : not management, not research, not sitting above an agency. You write the code.

Core Responsibilities & What You'll Bring Production experience with Kotlin or Java on Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and Flyway migrations.

Also bring TypeScript and React experience in production: the frontend is yours too.

Have genuine agentic development experience, not a tool you've tried once: the ability to scope a small change laterally, work out everywhere it touches the codebase, and direct an agent accordingly.

Work with a test-driven mindset and build in preventative controls as standard.

Bring experience integrating financial or ERP APIs, and the scar tissue that comes with it: idempotency, partial failure, reconciliation.
