What You’ll Do:
Drive Workplace Culture: You'll have a unique opportunity to influence workplace culture by leveraging insights and analytics on people behaviors and space utilization. Using a measured, data-driven approach, you'll implement process improvements that lead to tangible and sustainable change.
Process Improvement Leadership: Lead the charge in process improvement initiatives, ensuring documentation is consistent, up-to-date, and reflective of efficient procedures. Your guidance will be instrumental in shaping the ongoing development of our workplace practices.
Operational Excellence: With your strong operational management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment, you'll deliver consistent, reliable, and contemporary workplace services and experiences.
The Position:
The main focus of this position is to build stakeholder relationships and deliver workplace change, support the space planning and property initiatives on the ground in designated client site locations to drive and influence Workplace behaviours and experiences that align with the client’s key portfolio objectives.
They will also lead a team of Workplace Partners onsite or remotely who oversee the coordination, planning and delivery of workplace services and events in line with the commercial agreement. The role will focus on supporting the Workplace Experience Manager and Workplace Experience Lead to enhance the workplace experience and support initiatives to improve employee experience.
This role will create opportunities and channels for behavioural and occupancy insights and observations gathered and documented by themselves and their team to ensure Group Property are making data and insight-driven decisions on how the space is being used and could best be optimised.
