Job Description

Point One Navigation, Inc. is seeking a Network Customer Support Engineer in Australia to own the customer experience tied to the reliability and health of our correction network.

This player-coach role combines hands-on troubleshooting with building scalable operations and support systems. You will partner with Engineering, Network Ops, and Go-To-Market teams to diagnose issues, communicate clearly during investigations, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and tooling.
