The role
The Payroll Officer will support and work collaboratively within the Finance team to support the global organization.
Key responsibilities
End-to-end processing of the payroll cycle
Providing payroll services across the organisation
Maintaining and updating the payroll system
Ensure that payroll system information is consistent with employee Contracts of Employment
Provide professional and timely responses to payroll queries and requests
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Requirements
Experience working in an end-to-end payroll function
Proficient in standard business software packages including Microsoft Office
Ceridian Dayforce payroll experience would be highly desirable
Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
Able to effectively deal with sensitive matters whilst maintaining confidentiality
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
