Your role: General Practice Focus: Provide physiotherapy services across a broad range of conditions and demographics, including children, adults, and the elderly, addressing musculoskeletal injuries, complex, and persistent pain syndromes. Clientele Development: Opportunity to carve out a niche offering within the community, leveraging personal expertise and interests to meet the diverse needs of the practice's clientele. Leadership in Professional Development: Organize and plan the delivery of internal professional development sessions. Develop targeted programs focusing on injury prevention and treatment methodologies. Operational Collaboration: Assist the director with operational tasks and strategic planning. Liaise with stakeholders, including collaboration with allied health team members and external partners. Multidisciplinary Team Integration: Work closely with an on-site multidisciplinary team including Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, masseuses, and personal trainers. Engage in external collaborations with NDIS Support Coordinators, medical centers, GPs, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
