We are looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to add to our already incredible team. You will have an unique opportunity to support FitXR’s rapid growth at the intersection of technology and health.
This high-impact, highly visibility and expansive role is critical in our execution and planning of long-term strategy and you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Where you’ll spend your time
Lead forecasting and planning processes to understand key trends, variance drivers, and risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis
Establish business relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic thought partner with cross-functional teams
Analyze strategic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations
Prepare reporting deliverables and presentations to communicate the company's performance and strategy to executive management, Board of Directors, and investors
Explore new growth opportunities and help drive FitXR’s strategies
Review existing processes and structures to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities with a focus on simplification, standardization and optimization
We’d love to see from you
3-4+ years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of professional services (Investment Banking / Management Consulting), and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (FP&A / Strategic Finance / BizOps)
Deeply knowledgeable about financial statement analysis, including advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, including proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides
Intellectually curious, passion for growth, and appetite for healthy discussions with radical candour
Motivated by the opportunity to help the world feel better and more powerful through movement, and shape the future of the next computing platform
A nice-to-have would be experience with additional analytical tools and techniques such as dbt, python, and R
