Job Description
Process payroll accurately for up to 200 staff and in a timely manner using ADP payroll software.
Verify time sheets, deductions, and other payroll data to ensure accuracy.
Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other relevant stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience working as a payroll officer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll principles, legislation, and regulations.
Proficiency with ADP payroll software and MS Excel.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
