As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our Financial Controls Team and Field Operations Team to deliver timely financial insights and support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Providing accurate and insightful financial analysis to aid in decision-making and strategy development.

Preparing monthly reports to identify key performance drivers and manage spending effectively.

Assisting with month-end close processes and conducting periodic process reviews to enhance accuracy.

Developing financial models to evaluate investment decisions and prioritize capital expenditure projects.

Supporting Regional Managers and Practice Managers in reviewing clinic performance and completing stocktake processes.

Coordinating the annual budgeting process and delivering training to improve financial literacy among non-finance personnel.

Developing templates and tools for self-service analysis by Practice Managers and other team members.

Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Essential: Proficiency in various technology platforms such as Excel, Concur, Navision, Pronto, and Power BI.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Exceptional stakeholder management abilities to handle competing priorities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.

CA or CPA qualification.

Desirable: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience working with multi-site locations.

Background in the Veterinarian, Retail, Franchising, or Health industries.
