* CRM Management: Efficiently use our CRM system to augment marketing strategies and customer relation - Klaviyo (use for the database marketing) & Navision
* The role will be 80% digital marketing and 20% content creation
Qualifications & Skills:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (ideal)
* Ideally 2 years plus of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.
* Proven skills as a copywriter, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
* Thorough understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends (experience of Meta advertising is beneficial).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative and strategic thinking abilities, with strong analytical skills.
* Demonstrated self-reliance and independence in project management and decision-making.
* Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and conducting financial analysis. Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to allocate and optimize resources efficiently, and effectively analyse and interpret financial data to inform marketing strategies - managing marketing spend
