The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
Proven track record in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, data analysis, and staying abreast of technology trends.
Hands-on experience with website management, including familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices (WordPress).
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
