We have an ever-growing client base that is dynamic and varied and we are seeking a Receptionist to complement the administration team that is passionate about the industry and has a strong customer focus.

About You

We are seeking a friendly, reliable receptionist for an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident speaking to clients on the phone and wants to build a long-term career in a professional services environment.

You will be the first point of contact welcoming clients and visitors, supporting the day-to-day administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Reception and front-of-house
• Greet and welcome clients
• Maintain a tidy reception area and office space
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, mailbox management and deliveries
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Administration support
• Support and manage general admin tasks
• Coffee runs for Partners, Clients and team training workshops
• Help coordinate simple office requirements such as stationery and supplies
• Assist with Lodgement of Tax Returns & Activity Statements

Experience

Full training will be provided on all our internal software however it is advantageous if you have experience with:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Outlook
• Basic Database Entry
• Basic Customer Service skills
• Experienced working in an office environment
