Fixed Term contract, 3-year Position of Responsibility (POR) with a protected, full-time permanent Teaching position.

The Role

The Director of Learning – Primary is responsible for the leadership of the teaching & learning within the Primary School. You will work closely with the Head of Primary and members of the Leadership Team to ensure the high-quality care and learning is provided for all Primary students at Victory Lutheran College, ensuring that the educational programs and operations of the College realise its mission.

As the Director of Learning – Primary, you will be engaging and contributing to our diverse Victory community on a daily basis, with your can-do attitude. You will empower our teachers to guide students towards their true potential, while helping them flourish as globally connected leaders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Primary Teacher and in a Leadership role. The successful candidate will also be required to hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration and be willing to undertake a National Criminal Record Check.
