Rate: $20 - $27 / hr. w2 Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive and predictive monitoring and issue resolution for servers, storage, software, and batch job flows. Support enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, Citrix, IIS, and Middleware. Assist in server reboots, monthly patching, and infrastructure-related support requests. Participate in cross-functional project teams, major incident response, and disaster recovery exercises. Promote standard processes and identify opportunities for automation. Top Skills: Foundational IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong customer service and collaboration skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of relevant experience (or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience). Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix), Microsoft Office tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
