Energex group are lookin for a full-tim Administrative Assistant to join our team at head office, Enfield nsw 2136. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our operations teams, ensuring the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall succes of our company.

What you'll be doing Answering calls, sending/responding to emails

Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation

Scheduling and coordinating our team, meetings and appointments

Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

What we're looking for Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders

Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite with experience using job management software an advantage.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks

Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the electrical or other trade industry

Experience with digital marketing highly advantageous
