We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time role in Accounts Receivable. The Accounts Receivable Officer will be working 100% onsite based in Stapylton , Gold Coast. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role and be an integral part of the Finance Team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Processing and refunding credit card transactions
Reconciling incoming funds and ensuring correct allocation of customer payments
Processing daily collections and credit claims in POS system
Debt collections (via phone and email)
Processing monthly debtor statements
Ensuring debtor profiles are up to date
Managing trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
Responding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely manner
Supporting the Finance and Sales teams
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Thorough attention to detail
The ability to stay on top of tasks, meet deadlines and respond quickly to changing priorities
Superb organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
Excellent communication and people skills
Punctuality and work commitment
Strong desire to learn and adapt to our current and new systems
High integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information
