Full job description ABOUT THE BUSINESS
We are a community of young and motivated tutors. We believe in the power of motivating students which has yielded exceptional results across all our students! Success Tutoring is a community with multiple locations in Australia. Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12.
ROLE
Responsible to manage the entire centre.
Specialise in one or more senior subjects.
Guide, mentor and provide feedback to tutors
Regularly communicate with parents and build strong relationships.
Work directly with centre owner and provide weekly feedback /. suggestions.
Communicate with parents/ guardians about student performance & results.
Attend all meetings.
REMUNERATION
~ $25-31 p/h + Bonus
