What You'll Do

Craft and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, leveraging your understanding of retail media trends and consumer behavior.

Lead and Develop the Sales Team: Provide inspirational leadership, setting clear objectives and performance targets. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Champion Retail Media Business Development: Align retail media strategies with our business goals, maximizing ROI and driving revenue growth through innovative initiatives.

Enhance Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions that drive tangible results and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated retail media offerings and ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Commercial Negotiation and Strategy: Develop and implement sophisticated commercial strategies, including revenue-sharing models, to create value for Mood Media, its clients, and their customers.

What We're Looking For

A proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the retail marketing or advertising industry.

Expertise in retail media solutions and consumer behaviour trends.

Exceptional team leadership, able to inspire and guide towards common goals.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, confident in engaging at all levels.

A results-oriented approach, with a history of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical fluency in retail marketing technology.

You will lead the Australian operations and join a team committed to transforming the retail media landscape in Australia. The role offers a hybrid working environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office, fostering both flexibility and collaboration.
