The Role
As the leader of business operations, this role is entrusted with upholding contractual compliance, driving the seamless delivery of corporate services, conducting in-depth business analytics and facilitating business improvement. In tandem, it supports the Regional Manager, championing cutting-edge business methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation, optimising operational systems and maintaining assets to meet strategic objectives and advancing community wellbeing.
The key focus areas for this role include;
Support the Regional Manager to coordinate the business and corporate functions
Provide leadership and support to a team of subject matter experts
Ensure demonstration of best practices in management
Ensure business operations align with contractual and legislative requirements and contract compliance
Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe
Provide timely and dynamic business insights, reporting and improvement strategies
Experience and qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business
Experience in a similar position including building and leading high performing teams
Proven experience managing multiple projects to deadlines
Leisure industry experience desirable, not essential
Previous experience working with a local Council or other government entity desirable, not essential
