The successful candidate will handle inbound calls and assist with account enquiries, card replacements, online banking support, transaction investigations, fraud related enquiries, and customer feedback, while following strict identification and compliance procedures.
Customer service experience is highly regarded, along with strong computer skills, resilience, professionalism, and a Year 12 qualification or equivalent.
