Robinson Flooring is an expanding flooring company specializing in carpet, hybrid, vinyl, stair installations, and flooring repairs. We work across residential and commercial projects and are known for our strong focus on quality workmanship and reliable service. Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner Manage website, email, and social media enquiries promptly and effectively Schedule appointments and coordinate job bookings Communicate with suppliers and maintain strong working relationships Assist with general administrative duties to support daily operations Conduct stock takes and help manage inventory levels What we’re looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Working autonomously What we offer
