With a strong focus on sales (2 sales employees reporting through to you), key account management, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a talented individual to lead their branch operations with a vision for growth and excellence.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and leading a team of six dedicated professionals. This role requires expertise in dealing with councils, traffic safety, or Civil sectors, along with a strong customer focus and a growth mindset. Reporting directly to the board, this highly autonomous role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on their business while overseeing operations in Launceston.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
