Job Description We're looking for a savvy and dynamic Sales Director with enterprise sales experience to join our high performing team. You will be based in North Sydney but with access to our Forsta global teams and support services.

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and increasing our market presence in the APAC region through SDR support, lead self-generation, leveraging networks and local marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will deliver growth through creative and effective sales initiatives and develop new business opportunities in our customer & employee experience, and market research categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading your sales process, supported by presales and services team members. Responsibilities include achieving quarterly and annual sales targets/KPIs, providing regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development and forecasting in Salesforce.

Self-generating new leads through networking and prospecting.

Applying value-based selling methodologies to all opportunities.

Developing and executing comprehensive value-based sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, bids, consulting, marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Forsta solution offerings.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Act as a representative of Forsta at industry conferences and association meetings.

Qualifications What’s in your tool kit:

Proven success in enterprise strategic sales, business development, or a related role.

Previous experience selling SaaS application software solutions, or similar.

Knowledge of market-research and/or customer experience categories is preferable.

Expertise in self-generating leads and developing prospects.

Knowledge and application in using value-based selling methodologies; Challenger, MEDDIC, Command The Message etc.

Strong capabilities in problem solving and critical thinking.

Ability to develop robust ‘win’ strategies and articulate the “Why Forsta?” story.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information in an engaging and compelling way.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Ability to be a team player and collaborator.

Attitude to succeed & be a pro-active learner.

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office & SFDC.

Your success will be measured by the achievement of targets, your commitment to lead-generating activities, organisational and deal management skills and your ability to deliver on your strategic plan.
