Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales in an automotive dealership setting
Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
Must have a current full VIC driver's licence.
